Policies & Service Terms

Payment

  • Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • If payment has not been received within 7 days, a 10% late fee will be added to the balance.

  • Balances unpaid after 14 days may result is automatic card on file charge or service hold.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Cancellations under 24 hours result in $50 fee 

Pet Waste/Biohazard

  • Cleanup of pet waste or bodily fluids results in a fee ranging from $10-50 (per incident)

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to correct the area at no charge.

  • Corrections apply only to originally cleaned areas. not new buildup.
