Fees and Policies

Missing Payment Policy

Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning appointment. A 5-day grace period is provided from the appointment date for payment. If payment is not received within this period, late payment charges of 10% of the total invoice price will apply and accrue daily until the outstanding balance is settled.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Biohazard Cleanup Fee (Pet Waste)
 

In cases where pet waste cleanup is requested by the client, a biohazard cleanup fee of $50 will apply. Please note that this fee does not guarantee stain removal and covers the additional time and resources required to thoroughly clean and sanitize affected areas.

Security Deposit Policy
 

If applicable, a security deposit may be required for certain bookings. Details regarding the amount of the deposit, when it's due, and under what circumstances it will be refunded will be provided upon booking confirmation.
