Before our cleaning service arrives, it's helpful if you can take a few simple steps to prepare.

  • Firstly, tidying up personal items and clearing surfaces allows our team to focus on thorough cleaning.

  • Secondly, please secure any valuables or fragile items to minimize the risk of accidental damage during the cleaning process.

  • Additionally, please lock up your pets in a safe and comfortable area to ensure their comfort while we clean.

What if i'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

We strive for excellence in every cleaning service we provide, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll work swiftly to address any concerns and ensure that they're resolved to your satisfaction. Whether it's a missed area or a specific aspect of the service that didn't meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right. What is not included in a standard clean?

While we aim to provide comprehensive cleaning services, there are certain items and tasks we don't typically handle. These include:

  • Biohazardous waste

  • High-risk electrical appliances

  • Exterior and Interior windows higher than 8 ft

  • Personal or sensitive items

  • Pest control or removal

  • Exterior cleaning or maintenance

  • Toys

  • Fireplace interiors

  • Clutter pickup

  • Dishes

  • Laundry

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, you don't need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment. Our professional cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and tools to efficiently clean your home or office.  However, if you prefer us to use your cleaning supplies or equipment, simply let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

Can I request a specific cleaner?

Yes, you can request a specific cleaner or team for your cleaning service. We understand that having a familiar face can add to your comfort and convenience. While we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific cleaner or team for every appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible. Simply let us know your preference when booking your appointment, and we'll strive to match you with your preferred cleaner or team.

What if the cleaners don't finish in the scheduled time?

If the cleaning service requires more time than initially estimated, we will stop cleaning at the agreed-upon time to ensure transparency in pricing. We will then reach out to you, the client, to discuss the situation and obtain verification before proceeding with any additional cleaning beyond the scheduled time. This ensures that there are no discrepancies in pricing and that you are fully informed and comfortable with any extra charges incurred.

Are there any additional fees or charges I should be aware of?

Our pricing is transparent, based on our flat rates for a specified time frame, and we aim to provide honest pricing. The quote you receive at booking is the total price for the service.

However, if the cleaning takes longer than expected, we'll stop at the agreed time to avoid unexpected fees.
